As far as registeration is concerned. You need a local address. He could use a valid rent agreement to...
I have a collegaue who registered a vehicle in pune rental address but with the original proof of mumbai. Am not sure if such a facility exists legaly\ multi states

What you are talking is called as a FB bridge, and already exists as a plugin for Vbulletin forums. I know one site that did try and do it too, *cough*

i tried my best but i wont be able to join you all for shirdi...too many things at hand for now...but you all have a nice and safe ride...and also do pray for me there

@manas and rony...good work there...even we here back in my colony have such an ambulance...the difference is we dont have to contact them directly...we call up our emergency nos. and they are here quickly....will ask them the next time if they also take care of neighbouring areas and not just vikhroli...had heard about JVM but didnt have their nos. so thanks for it
