Hi xbhpians...
Returned to this site after a long time.
Recently gifted myself an old beast (yamaha RX100)
Will be needing some help from our fellow experienced people regarding some nessessary mods in the bike.

1) Surely need a better headlight for trips.

2) Upgradation to stickier and wider tyres. (tubeless preferred)

These are the things I can think of as of now. Engine is in immaculate condition and minor knick knacks will be done over by this week.

I am eagerly waiting for your replies.

Hello all. So with the Pujas ending, the summer heat and the monsoons departing -- the riding season is here. Anyone up for weekend rides to places like Tajpur / Shantiniketan or at the max Puri? I haven't been to long rides as such, so looking for fellow riders here. Preferably a small group (2-3 people max). Trip will consist of riding, food, photography and leisure.

Hello everyone.

I need some help to locate a good mechanic to fix my yamaha RX 100.
I am from Kolkata and I use this bike for daily commute, i.e around 50kms both ways.

Recently I am facing some odd vibrations on the handlebars as I start the bike and the vibrations spreads through the chassis. Except this issue, my bike is in top notch condition from electricals to chrome and tyres.

Please update me regarding any good mechanic in your knowledge who can tame my stag. It will be very helpful.

Check your rims. Secondly have a look at the T section and the forks... Sudden vibration arise only when there is problem in these parts. Also check for the Ball racer.. Did the bike fell over recently.
Check these things I am sure will definitely find the problem and would be able to sort out the issue. Hope this helps.
