I came to know that the track would be free only on Aug 30th

guys, we had a family get-together this evening, just now i am transferring the pics. I will upload in a day or so. at a quick glance i noticed there is no single photo of ppl in the pit, if anyone has it do post them also.
i do have Varun a.k.a wonderboy's photo who was smoking on the track (and also in the pits).
anyways, the meet was great, sad few could not make it. but a really great development from ace_hunter, i have to personally call his mom and thank her, anyone game?

Anybody know / heard about the Thenmala bridge? Was browsing through and got hold of few snaps of the bridge.. Looks good to me..

Planning to club it up with the Kerala trip next week.. Any advices / suggestions??

There is a place called Vythiri in Kerala. 9 kms into the jungle from there, there is a resort called Jungle resort. Its a nice getaway. Since its off season, you can bargain for 2500 per room where 2 people can stay. I know this is a little expensive, but normally its 6000. If you think this is interesting, give it a shot.

Praveen., few weeks ago there were some 16 landslides because of the heavy rains and the flood water had washed away many roads..

As per the last update from my friends, Roads are still flooded and it will take a few months to get the roads back to normal shape.
