@ all - i feel some one can take up t responsibility of taking PM from all who are coming in for t track day on this 26th along with their ride / camera.
BTW. Am Ganesh with an 15, a digi Cam, wit a couple of friends as spectator riding along with me.. Just to help me in case of a crash.. Lols. I pray that it doesn't happen..

@ wonderboy - whats up ? Had a safe trip back from sabari mala ? I have some queries regarding the track. Is it 400 bucks for each bike in the track or is it 400 bucks for each rider ? What about people who accompany with us ? Entry is free for them.. Right ?
Are t bikes allowed with side stands ? Will there be requirement of any tools ?

Official timing is 9am-1pm.

But me, i have always started before (when no cars on the track).

oh.. I get it.. Btw, what should be t average lap time for a first timer.. For a decent rider..? Also if we happen ride alone, is there any way of measuring t lap time ?

My first lap was in 2m54s (full track).
Personally i use one mp3 recorder, in my tank bag, and i hit it every time when i cross end line... then in my computer i get all of these hit noise... and look how much time between these hit noise.... I have nothing better than this for the moment.
if i buy new bike, i will got special device for that to put on the bike.

Ingenious I'm pretty sure it'll be quite accurate down to maybe 2-3 tenths of a second (?)

+-0.5s or +-1s (depend of my personal accuracy to hit the bag) no more i think.
Anyway, for my use, i don't need more accurate, if riding like GP guys maybe .... need more accuracy . The only problem is to not forget to hit the bag...

Tank bag on the track? I guess the small one.

I tried a similar thing when i was on track. I kept my cell on video recording mode(to record for more than a min) in my back pocket. Honk the horn when i cross the line. It didnt work that well because of the feeble sound of the horn and the wind.

Yeah, the wind sound is a problem, but inside tank bag that is ok, this is where is coming the sound on my videos... because the sound recorder on my video camera hear nothing because wind ...

Peeps ive got hurt while practising stunts at sholavaram old aerodome.. .. near ma chest bone and knee bone.. my bikes gear box is gone.. couldnt shift the gear.. and ma bones are paining.. i dunno whether ill be able to come.. lets c. ive not told ma parents cuz just now ive repainted my bike.. now its totally screwd up.. .. dunno wat to do.. illl try to be be there if i feel well.. .. take care guys and gals. .byeeee
