      The increase in performance is directly proportional to the size of the hole in your pocket :D

          do check with a doctor if you have swellings... Make sure you wear proper riding gears while stunting... Don't worry, you wil be back to normal very soon..

          • @Cammile: Brilliant idea there my friend... awesome work...

            @ GP_Freak:
            being a first timer, the last thing you want to worry is not about your timings my friend.... it is about you enjoying the day... the timings will fall in place in due course of time...

            @Punisher :
            If you are unable to shift gears, your shifter rod which comes from inside to the lever might be bent... check the switch gear, nothing else should be wrong... I dun possibly see a stunt crash ruuning your bike to an extent you said... take it to the PBK showroom and tell them your problem... and let us know what happened.... your bike will be fine dun worry... If i take care of my bike, i wont stunt... If i stunt, i dun care aboput my bike!!!... choose a way out my friend....

            @whiz:
            Yeah, it was a downpour there.... my foot is all torn... but i will be ok within sunday....

            @rossiter:
            I guess it is time you atleast rode a cycle on the track... Coming this time ???

            • @wonderboy- Yes, its all about enjoying the time in the track, but i just wanted to know where i actually stand when compared to others.. Atleast i must know whether i ride decent enough. Just was curious... From t talks, i have set myself a minimum time of 2.30~35. I have to atleast make that.
              A couple of my collegues are coming.. They just wanted to know whether they can take a ride in the track as a pilion without paying the entry fees..
              BTW, I have sent you a P.M. did you check it ?

              • @Gp_freak : Dude, pillion ride will not be a problem... However i dun personally recommend it though... It wont look professional... try to avoid it at the max.... I know you are all excited about the track day.... BUt i setting a target for timings is very bad for the first day... you have a lot more to know just than timings.... People who come to tracks with a "I am you know who" board on their head crash for sure.... lets just keep the timings part a side....
                and BTW, i replied to your PM already ... do check it

                  @GP_Freak: If this is you absolute first time around the track, do not time yourself. For your first few sessions just concentrate on improving upon your lines.

                  Once you are good with the lines, know your braking/accelerating points then start timing yourself or you'll end up trying to better your time everytime you are out there and not learning much. Its human nature and once you're on the wrong line its kindda tough to unlearn and relearn the proper lines.

                  As this is your first time just have fun, forget about times for now.

                  PS: Pillions on track is a very very bad idea. Unless you are the only one on the track and are just rolling around the track.

                    @prayful
                    Agreed that exitement is all over me. Literally sleepless night. Am not gonna race full throttle from the starting. First couple of laps would be required for actually getting to know t surface and track geometry.. Then some time to learn my own lines. Then to push my self a bit in the lines( this is where i am gonna time). Measurements are always required for comparing how better i get. Then would call you guys for sure to correct my lines if am wrong..criticism most welcomed because am open wit all ears. Only then i can learn. Then time myself again.. I believe this is not going to hurt any one..

                    regarding riding with pillon, i feel atleast my friends should know how a track looks like.. He he..its just rolling in t tracks. We could actually do that when the track surface is cold and we won't have any one pushin the bike to limits in a cold track with a cold tyre. That would atleast lure them to give me company in track for the next time. Thats it.

                    and this is not about showing off myself cos there are people better than me out there. For now say sajiv cos he is the one who is bringing me the elbow and knee sliders.:-). couldn't hold it to myself man. Waiting to learn a lot from you guys
                    Also the 15 is just new to me.. Just 400km done by me on it.. Cos i am a hard core pulsarian..

                      • On a general note, IMHO and out of previous experience...

                        Kindly try to refrain from borrowing riding gears. Coming to think of this logically, a riding gear saves a person only when in time of a crash. And just after that, the gear will not be the same again to return it to the owner. This might end up in replacing it for the person from whom it was borrowed or to compensate by paying him. Considering this fact, just think if it is all right to borrow one, or to buy one upfront.

                        Reiterating the fact that this is on a general note, IMHO and out of previous experience.
