@Deepu - Get a basic idea about riding gears from this thread - http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/universa...ing-gears.html

Chennai is useless to get riding gears except for helmet & visors. You may want to get Scoyco; flip a few pages regarding last G2G on this & you missed out something when it was here in Chennai.

Your best bet to get one will be from Bangalore or Pune. Hope you know DSG is the official riding gears in xBhp.

Cost comes with quality. Cheaper one like Cramster costs less & so it their quality (there's also a thread dedicated for that); A* costs a bomb does its jobs faithfully.

There're quite a few things on riding gears & specifiy which ones are you looking for. Right from helmet, gloves, armoured riding jacket, pants, riding shoes, full suites are available.

Go through the above thread to get a basic understanding & decide which ones you want to buy. If you've questions, you can always post in the above thread.

Sad to hear Rajesh; did you go via BEP or non BEP? But don't worry, there's always next time & did you know a fact that, if you want to make real money or enjoy, you need to be in US in B1/B2 rather than H1/L1?

BEP. oh is it ? i don't know that. My worry is that my hr-immi said that they will not do L1-B again for me. so i have to try either L1- individual or H1-B but my company also not doing individual for any one.

h1-B is only next year and processing will end almost at oct - nov and also i heard that it will 3L from next year and not 1L as now. So im worried too much whether my manager will do or not.

Sorry for OT : Need to get ur expert opinion we will discuss in PM.

but as a software guy if you want to make money you have to go onsite (US / UK / Australia ) its also kind of proud to say amidst group of friends and family members.

Now no girl prefers guy who is working in india all they want is us return / probable or in us

As a person who has visited outside India, I would say, go abroad for once in your life time, but, if you want to enjoy life - Stay in India. After a while, ONE IS BOUND to regret the mechanical life unless someone hates India. I stress again, hate India.

Well, may be, so go for once, but not kind of stay there for ever; there's another possibility. Earn here & make a visit outside India, may be Singapore/Malaysia/Pangong or may be even Europe once in lifetime. Period.

You're correct; but, if a girl looks for a US return, then probably she's not interested with the man whom she's marrying with; would such a lady be faithful? What do you need in life? Here's a short story...

No one gets everything in life Rajesh; when life throws lemon at you, catch it & make use of the opportunity to the best. Its easier said than done, but, time will heal up. Focus on something else, you have a job right? Its way better than someone not having one.

                    On a lighter note...
                    Women Friends chatting in office....

Woman 1: I had a fine evening, how was yours?
Woman 2: it was a disaster. My husband came home, ate his dinner in three minutes and fell asleep in two minutes. How was yours?
Woman 1: Oh it was amazing! My husband came home and took me out to a romantic dinner. After dinner we walked for an hour. When we came home he lit the candles around the house and afterwards talked for an hour. It was like a fairytale!

At the same time, their husbands are talking at work.....

Husband 1: How was your evening?
Husband 2: Great. I came home, dinner was on the table, I ate and fell asleep. It was great! What about you?
Husband 1: It was horrible. I came home, there's no dinner because they cut the electricity because I hadn't paid the bill; so I had to take my wife out to dinner which was so expensive that I didn't have money left for a cab. We had to walk home which took an hour; and when we got home remember there was no electricity so I had to light candles all over the house! After all, I was so aggravated that I couldn't fall asleep and my wife was jabbering away for another hour!

What current world water world!!! 4 years is too long to worry. BTW, did you know in 2008/09, most parents wanted grooms who were only in India because of several suicides after the financial melts in US. So in 4 years they may want grooms returning from Africa, would you go there? In 5 years they may want Philippines return, would you go there? C'mon Rajesh, this is only a myth!!!

Lol - so do you get to hear from each girl as what kind of groom she's looking? Man, not to offend you, but...just...forget it. Just be as yourself, you cannot go keep pleasing everyone in this world.

Just one question - Do you think all the guys who're getting married are US returns? Do you think any Muniyandi or Andiyappan are UK returns? Don't they get married? C'mon man, stop worrying too much on your marriage. When it happens, you'll never know. Stop behaving like Danush

My friend, I could afford a nice bike because I have an approx 20 year head start on you professionally - absolutely no other reason. I'm sure that when you're my age you'll have a garage full of your dream vehicles!

Incidentally, I started my career with a grand salary of Rs.700 pm 22 years ago. That was barely enough for my cigarettes and gas, so had to take another part-time evening job for the EMI of my bike!!

Also incidentally, I was born and lived abroad for 15 years, then went again for studies and even now travel regularly on work. Let me assure you that there is no place like home.

When I finished college, 90% of my classmates traveled abroad to study and work while dunces like me stayed behind.

Today more than 75% of those who went abroad are coming back, seeking a better quality of life in their own country for their families - and they're telling me that I was the 'smart' one!! Anyway, that's just my two cents..

I hope you get what you wish for and don't regret it when you do! Lol!
