Accomodation Booked!

Guys, I just got a update from WildLife warden, Point Calimere that there is some bulk accommodation been booked by Government Officials from Tanjore district. So unfortunately i had to confirm the bookings right away.

For now, I have only taken the count of CONFIRMED People alone. Having said that, I'm pushing for extra accommodation for others. I cannot guarantee, But still I'm trying my best to have everyone accommodated for the trip.

List of CONFIRMED People:

Accommodation per twin sharing is Rs.525. There will be a meet up this weekend & All CONFIRMED Members should bring in a deposit fee of Rs.500 each towards Hotel Booking Confirmations. We would again have a Pre-Ride to a brief distance on the highway.

Please see to that people riding in gets the following stuff without fail :

1. Clutch Cable
2. Accelerator Cables
3. Spare Tube (17")

I have a spare tube for 18" tube, rear & front. Cables for the Karizma. People on the GS150R could collectively buy the spares.

I would also be bringing in a Foot Pump & Puncture Repair Kit (Tube + Tubeless).

The Reservations stands closed from now.

P.S: Sriram / Steve - Could you organize one more Pre-Ride followed up with instructions & collect the deposit money this weekend? Sorry If am asking too much :|

Aargee thanks for posting the link, I have gone through the entire thread before and saw the lackluster attitude of Cramster from their reply .

This is what happens when there is too much of monopoly.. Anyways Balaclava is a small thing and may be ill buy a axxo knee guard in chennai itself..

There is no substitute for Quality. Axxo / Fox or what ever it is - It would just be another knee guard. I meant it serves the purpose for the money, But in no way a replacement for the Bionic Cramster Knee Guard.

I was told It is 50 Rs. regardless of quantity of the Balaclava you order.

So if you order a 1 Tankbag + balaclava (any num of units) it will be.. shipping of tank bag + shipping of balaclava.

Cramster will never come down on shipping / give you any deductions. Better ask Some one in B'lore who is riding down to get it.

Hey, no offense to Cramster, just that wanted to warn you before you make any huge purchase & consider several options. Moreover, Cramster is not a monopoly, now we have Scoyco, A*, DSG & JR available in the country.

@Ananth : I was following the riding gears thread sometime back and many were saying axxo is better than cramster / scoyco and somone posted that he got in thirumalai autos jc road for 800. So im not sure about it. So axxo is not bionics ?

Good idea, now I need to find out who's coming. IMO, not worth saving the Rs 150 or so, wait for a week, follow-up, go out & reach them & finally collect. Anyway, I'm not giving up on that either, lets see how it goes...
