1. Go to nearest police station
2. Get a NOC
3. Get a PUC
4. Go to RT office
5. Fill up form 28 & 29
6. Pay the registered fee at the cash counter & collect the receipt
7. Come back in the afternoon & produce your vehicle for the inspector for verification
8. Get the same endorsed in the RC book
9. Take a photocopy of the RC book & get a seal from notary public
10. Finally show that attested photocopy to Nishant

NOTICE

We are closing the account by 17:30 Hours today. In case some one forgot or too Lazy to
put money in my account, its time to wake up. Any amount which is transferred after the given
time frame will be used for 'leisure' activities for Chennai Gang and will not be considered as
Payment for XBHP ISG2G 2013 event. Still having any doubts ? Please PM me or call me.

@ sagar banerjee :- you'll need to excuse this kodai trip. Reasons, this year we received overwhelming response that now the biggest hotel we booked now looks small in front of us and exceeded their capacity.

Do show up for meets and short rides and basically all the others should feel comfortable riding with you. Just to know your riding style.

Keep watching this thread, we keep going places.

There will be a meet on 7/28, please do join us, could get introduced to seniors and others in our group.

Hi guys,

I'll give a short intro about myself. The name is Tintu Mathew. I am basically from chennai, was there till 2007 after that been shuttling between Trivandrum and Pune. Now settled back in chennai.

I've registered for the ISG2G through Swaroop(Swas), SPOC of kerala. I'll be starting my ride from trivandrum (as my bike is in trivandrum right now) and on the return leg will be riding down to chennai. So I would like the SPOC of chennai to count me in for the return from Kodai to chennai.

ISGTG pre Ride+ Xbhp 10th Anniversary ride :

Date : 21st July 2013
Destination : Vellore
Meeting time : 05:15 AM
Starting time : 05:30 AM

Meeting location : Chennai Trade Center - Entry gate

Important notes :

• This ride is mandatory for all those who are coming for the Kodai G2G and missed previous Pre-Ride.
• New members who are planning to attend Kodai G2G should be attending this without fail.
• Riding gears are must. i.e. Riding Jackets, Gloves, Knee guard, Full face helmet and Shoes. Please don't make excuses for not having one.
• Please wear thick Jeans. Track pants and shorts or 3/4 are big NO NO.
• In case you are bringing pillions, above rules apply to them too.
• Make sure bike papers are proper i.e. RC book, Insurance papers. Also make sure you are carrying your two wheeler licence.
• Bring your bike with enough fuel to make up and down journey. Frequent Fuel stops will slow whole group down (well, unless you have a super bike ).
• Be on time at the meeting point. Group will start moving at decided time.
• Keep you urge of showing stunts at home. You are part of a group and you are expected to maintain riding discipline when on public road.
• Please contact me via Text message in case you can't make it to the this Pre Ride.
