      WHAT? Venue not decided with just two days to go? It is the New Year weekend and all hotels and resorts on the ourskirts will be full. And anything inside the city will require police permission (given the gathering and number of bikes, and not to forget the recent crackdown on midnight squids). For the cops and general public, all bikers are the same. And ECR will be the most watched one.
