For helmets, any particular brand I should look for?
Also are helmets with dual visors advisable? By dual visors I mean the helmets with one sun shade under the main visor!

MT helmets (or any CE/DOT certified) people in spartan will guide you don’t worry.

You could check Trek n Ride in OMR. Sahayadri and Carbon Racing in Facebook would have options too...
