LOL! Yes it will take some time.
Let the bike be 30K or 30L the most important thing is the rider safety. Until you are very comfortable and feel safe do not try anything extreme. Practice makes perfect . Happy practicing!! Lets practice together in our next meet .

Harsha, Not sure about the route you are going to take, but yea if you enter city during peak hours of morning... you might spend lot of time in traffic.

Its a straight road from Karur to Bangalore via NH7. You will encounter minor traffic near Salem and Hosur. When you reach Electronic City, take the NICE road till Tumkur Road. There is a minor deviation needed near Bannerghatta Road, but you can easily get it. Once you reach Tumkur Road, ride towards Bangalore till you encounter sudden standstill in traffic. That is an indication that you have reached outer ring road junction . Take ORR to reach Hebbal. From there take NH4 to reach Hyd.

OK, my previous reply was for the reverse

At the Hebbal Flyover, take the road that leads towards Tumkur on the ORR. After around 7 kms, you will reach Tumkur Road. Take a right and continue on Tumkur Road towards Tumkur for around 9 kms and you will see NICE road intersection. Take the NICE road till Hosur Road which would be around 45 kms and then you can continue on NH7 to Karur.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, "Wow! What a Ride!"

If you would post this in "helmets" thread then you will get a better response. Anyways, yes you have overpaid for the helmet. If its an old model (having external air vents) then you should have got it for just 2300 from helmet paradise. If its a new model (internal air vents) then its available for 2600. The visor should cost you around 400 bucks.
