Haha, it was not meant seriously at all & you didnt mess up the quote, it is because the post you quoted had partial quotes, thats why.

Most muc off products are really good & needless to say it is expensive too but I wouldnt recommend it for chain cleaning. Diesel + toothbrush is the best for it!

The reason I ask is because someone I know is getting a free sample for me but I need to choose which product, I was thinking of going with the chain cleaner or the bike cleaner. Might I ask why not the chain cleaner?

I used the Tribocor before. But now all the products are MucOff. Very happy with them.

Anyone up for a dash this coming Saturday 14th Sept? Breakfast ride, day trip? anything...?! Lets have an unofficial one guys... A quick fix riding drug to a desperate soul. Yours truly. 22nd is official and fine but I want an unofficial 😉.

Lemme know if anyone interested. I'm thinking of B. Palar Dam and back... Or... The new Kollegal - Sathyamangalam route or a quick lunch dash to Ooty n back if anyone's game. .. Doesn't matter... Anywhere.

Everyone, since we have ample time & all are having mixed feelings about the current destination including [MENTION=54541]harish.krovvidi[/MENTION] , I would like to request you to give a final contemplation on the ride destination. I'll go by it, any destination with approx. the same distance. After all, every xBhpian taking part should be happy after the ride. Let's make this a memorable one - loads of photos, loads of chit chats and BAKARs. Let this thread come to full restoration & swing. Let's celebrate the Bangalore chapter (let other chapters be jealous )

Please do so (decision) within a day or two so that we can finalize the sketch and put it up by this weekend. Visitors must know it beforehand and also, we can carry the same post in our signatures to spread the joy. Mucoff is very good but too expensive, and in your case you are getting it free handy, so better give it a try.
Otherwise as suggested by Adarsh: diesel and tooth brush is far far better than anything.
Also you can try washing it with WD-40 and then after proper cleaning up with brush and cloth and when the chain and sprockets dry up nicely apply chain lube.
Again you can go for Tribocor or 3M or Motul all three are good.

@SuvraGanguly bhai go ahead and keep the ride info as signature and also link it has hyperlink so that people can easily see. Also one suggestion: in your comment box do add "ride" after the statement "Here goes the final details of the 22nd G2G:" otherwise it may be confusing whether it is ride or just offline G2G (even though ride details are mentioned below :P :P)

^^ FYI, it is highly unlikely that I will miss comments, if you know what I mean. I said that because I felt a distraction or deviation in the way the thread was progressing, again refer to my avatar pic. In any case I am fine, the only concern was that I wanted everyone to be happy for the ride. Old/Senior blood can decide while I, the young blood, will wait & see & of course join for the ride.....
