Ha ha ha... You're right. I'm on leave from 29th Oct till 17th Nov. Had to haggle a lot for this long leave. As a result, I've sacrificed my Saturdays and a few Sundays to compensate the absence at office. (Matlab - weekends are working days)

ok guys..seems like the 3rd G2G is to be Bhadra Coffee Shop, Chikmagalur (everyone is voting for this location so its gotta be this). Now, its time for us to decide about the big thing, the date. @saquib2005 which date do you suggest?

Not at all. In fact, I've planned a 250 kms DRIVE to Patratu, Ranchi as a b'day gift to my sister.

I would vote for 12 OCT'2013(Saturday).

Can you please tell which tyres you are looking for!!!! Stock tyres or you will be going for some other tyres.
MRF stock tyres are anyday best for R15. You can also try PSD and Michelin.

If You will look couple of previous pages you will get info as this was discussed 2 weeks before.
Anyways, you can always get R15 tyres easily from JC Road and Lalbagh Road, namely General Tyres and Asoka Tyres, JC Road. Most of the time they have stock MRF tyres.
Dont know much about North Bangalore.
And ya right now, all dealers are running short of stock of R15 tyres, so you may have to struggle getting one.

Back on the thread after some busy times... thrilled to see plans for the 3rd G2G abuzz...

The Coffee shop near Chikmagalur it is... Nicee..! count my vote in for this.

However, hasn't anyone tried the Kanakpura-Malavalli-Mysore rd? its empty and a bikers paradise people (only problem is that there are no big places to eat, but roads are nice and curvy)... Just saying, the traditional Mysore rd is not the only good option to Mysore... there's another one with good roads sans road humps.

Hoping i'll be free on the decided date. Very erratic schedule to make an informed choice so depending on muh fellows here to make a decision on the date . Just happy tuh be just riding along with you folks...

its getting frustratingly cramped with all this work... need desperate life rebalance... frankly, no better way for that than to scoot along the landscapes with everyone here. Again, thrilled to see that we're on a longish ride up all the way touching the Badra WLS... (sucker for nature so this whole thing is a big bonus)... somehow 'xBhp Bangalore' always comes in my life as a bonus, to offset the grinding work that I love doing otherwise. Talking about bonuses, I missed the meet with [MENTION=62378]bharadwajdayala[/MENTION] sir at Jaaga but now getting to ride with the legend on a longie... Superb stuff, Count me in 99%...

Sorry broders! for replying late but its been crazy past 2 weeks.

My flatmates were kinda bugging for a long time for a trip so planned a trip to munnar this 12th october. I am getting the monday free and this will be first ride to munnar so am super excited about it. I might end up doing waynad on the way back so my choice will be sakleshpur side.
