The bike comes with two seats when you purchase the bike. THe pillion seat is removable.

I think they charge extra 1500 rs for pillion seat and 3500 for bend exhaust.

I asked a bullet dealer in pune and they told me 1,24,000 on road +3500+1500

Please put some light on this.

Im 90% sure the pillion seat is a part of the deal. 1500 may be to remove the saree guard and replace it with a normal stay.

Hi Ranjanr !! No extra charges for the pillion seat, its an OEM fitting on the bike, i.e. it comes with it !! its Rs.2800 for the exhaust !!

Hi Monty !! Logical or Illogical depends on the end result u have for change !! I had a P220 Fi before I bought the Classic 500 !!

P220 is an awesome machine, ran faithfully for 25000 kms in 2 years.. Went thro the entire Ladakh ride, over K Top, M top without even a glitch !! So was with the case of the 2 Mach 500s accompanying me !!

I felt more at ease for cruising on the highway and hill climbs with 500s cause of the shear big engine and higher torque... lesser revs at high speeds makes it easy to ride..

Power wise yes I felt its an upgrade... This thing can pull fast !!

That apart i can vouch for both.. I do a lot of touring... so i changed to Classic 500 from P220..

So see what end result u need and then change.. if not P220 is a good machine...
