    ^wow thanks for help.never known tht u owned Fi recently...so better from you.
    the first time i saw this bike i felt in love wid it .....being entirely other class.
    every other option rather than Fi to me seemed less powered.was w8ing for such release..

    also bro whts top speed claimed by RE?

      Pleasure Monty !! I was in the same dilemma as you are in currently.. There was no suitable upgrades apart from Ninja (which is wayyyyyyyy over my budget ).. Also the tourer in me vouched for the Classic, which was a suitable upgrade and i fell for its sheer road presence and all the goodies of 500 cc, 41.3 Nm torque, 28.2 BHP, fuel injection etc ..

      RE claims a true speed of 130 KMPH... heard from somebody testing it on a higway claiming 140 kmph on the speedo... Not sure though ..

          You mean compared to previous RE model , this classic gives a bit bumpy ride while offroading ?

            Thanks Maniac !! No, i said the ride was eased out even when the roads were bumpy. I mentioned that for the suspension set-up.. Its comfortable on a bumpy surfaces.. Not too hard neither too soft..Though ull feel little vibes from the handle bar..

                Only while off-roading/bumpy surfaces !! usually lower RPMs cause the speed would be really low in those circumstances !!

                No sorries plz.. hope its of some help... even I am finding out all the pros and cons as i put in miles on this !!

                  rightly said...ninja is only logical upgrade but its too over budget...so better to go for this beasts..130 true speed seems very gud.....can u tell me whts ur rpm in 5th gear at 100 kmph speed?..as u said its not needed to be revved hard..so keen to know..

                    i too feel vibes from the handle bar.. even some tik tik sound from engine in my electra, still waiting for registration papers n bike number.

                    hey i saw classic got much longer silencer. tell us something about the sound. dose it sounds like 350 std or diffrent.

                      Hi Monty !! I havent touched 100 kmph in this yet ... Restraining myself from doing it ... Bike just back from service.. 530 kms on the odo.. will post it once i do.. though difficult to judge without a tachometer... can give an educated guess !!

                        Hi Mani, Sound is muted, but not hollow in this silencer... decent punch !! Sounds more like the Mach 500 on stock silencer !!

                                well.....today i saw my friend's 500////......the self starter makes horrible and irritating sound.......when i asked him about this he told its a 1 kw starter.
