I completed 7k in ODO, will change to FS (Motul 300V) in future.

How many of you are practicing 5-kicks-before-u-start with clutch depressed scheme? Believe me,it has done wonders, initially i used to neglect that step, but the difference is huge after following that step, the engine oil gets pumped up as a result the smoothness increases, before, the engine used to give a tak tak sound when climbing up a slope, but now it has vanished, its the oil distribution that makes the difference

Your CARB. may be tuned lean. Are you facing a varying RPM problem at IDLE, if yes then get the carb tuned.

instead I depress the clutch several times with chock pulled before cranking up the engine...

you mean over heating? No problem.Give some time to Motul to settle down,u can't judge anything after just riding 10km,wait for at least 50-100km,and if the problem continues then she may need carb tuning.

It's becuz you have got used to the feeling of MOTUL. if you change now to 300V you will again feel drastic difference which will be faded on 2nd refill of 300v
