Default Shell engine oil!!!????

Hi frnds..If u remember my previous post about engine oil and mileage issues,i have a query again so pls help.Atlast today i managed to get 400bucks frm my dad to get a new engine oil.I went to nearly 6 shops here in search of a motul but didn't find a single motul or volvoline of 20w50 grade..All were 20w40/15w40..The only 20w50 oil i found was 'shell helix'semi-synthetic Rs.200/ltr.Majority shopowners said its good and better than motul..Castrol was also there but it cheated me this very time..[:'(] so i've decided to go for the shell...What r ur views on that oil????

SHELL has no semi-synth. or synthetic peoducts in INDIA AFAIK for 2 wheelers.
Try castrol active or servo if no option available.

Default Fuel Indicator !!

Hey Guys....just clocked 150km on my P180 and have noticed today that, now that my fuel indicator level is reduced to 3 bars !! It sometimes ,when i ride goes down to 2 bars and the Red LED in rpm console lights up , but when i park on side stands the bars restore to 3 again and LED goes OFF......Is this some fault?? Some of my friends say that it is normal.. any idea??

Hi Ajay.. yes this is normal. its actualy VAS (Value Added Service) from BAL they never achived to have 100% accurate digi meter.. so relax.. even sometime this happens to me as well.. fuel bar went up & down like stock market one cant take down the number or frequency of changes in the fuel bar...
