100+ Ducatis :: We Ride As One

As a marquee, Ducati takes immense pride in the motorcycles it makes along with its heritage and legacy. World Ducati Week is the celebration of just that. Organised every year at the Misano World Circuit-Marco Simoncelli, it attracts Ducatistas from all around the world. However, Ducati also organises rides in different cities around the world as a precursor to World Ducati Week. This year was no different and Delhi-NCR was painted red for the We Ride As One ride by Ducati.

At xBhp, we have not one but two proud owners of a Ducati. Sundeep Gajjar and Ankita Arora, part of xBhp’s Core Team, are both Ducatistas. With a Streetfighter V4 S, ridden by Sundeep Gajjar, and a Ducati Monster 821, ridden by Ankita Arora, we also participated in the ride. Ducati NSA (North Star Automotive) organized the ride and we also partnered with them to cover We Ride As One.

The ride took place last year as well with more than 60 Ducatistas from the region in attendance. This year, the number swelled to over a hundred riders. This is a testament to the meteoric growth that Ducati has seen in the Indian market. It also showcases Ducati’s prowess in making world-class motorcycles catering to different kinds of riders and riding styles. So on the morning of 4th of July, 2024, we joined the Ducati cavalcade to celebrate Ducatis and motorcycling.

The gathering point for the ride was Ducati NSA in Naraina, Delhi. Riders started to pour in early and soon enough, the lineup was complete. After a short briefing session, the riders got their Ducatis ready and raring to ride. In the lineup, we had all kinds of Ducatis. From Panigales to Streetfighters and from Multistradas to Monsters; it was a sight to behold. The showstopper though had to be the Lamborghini Edition Ducati Streetfighter V4 S. And on the note of that particular raging Bull, a Lamborghini Huracan also made an appearance.

So the ride started from the Ducati NSA and the destination was The Oberoi, Gurgaon. So we had a fair bit of distance to ride with all the Ducatistas that joined this ride. Handling media duties, we had ample opportunities to take some stunning photos that you can see in this piece. Upon reaching the destination, we all had breakfast together which was followed by the unveiling of the Ducati Panigale V2 in a stunning matte black colourway.

As always, it was great fun to get together with like-minded motorcyclists and even more so as we all were proud owners of the stellar machines that Borgo Panigale produces. It also marked a great start to another one of our rides which also saw us taking part in the World Ducati Week 2024, a stellar affair in its own right. But more on that in the piece that follows.
