What could be the perfect vehicle to match a cavalcade of two-wheelers that included the world’s fastest bike, the world’s largest capacity motorcycle and more? Something that exuded charm and personality and that would be powerful enough and reliable at the same time too? Our search ended with the Mahindra Thar for #roadTripUnited2021, which was a 10,000 kms ride done in early 2021 to unite motorcyclists, motorcycling clubs and machines of all kinds in India by xBhp.
Here is a 10,000 kms short story of how it went! We had two Thars, one petrol and one diesel, both automatic. The petrol Thar was modified by Bimbra 4×4 and both the Thars were shod with CEAT CZAR all-terrain tyres and were using Castrol MAGNATEC SUV fully-synthetic engine oil for non-stop protection.
