Not the run-of-the-mill corporate honcho in a motorcycle major – Suzuki, Suresh Babu is a passionate motorcyclist himself. Carrying considerable riding experience of high-performance machines in all their different roles, he is partial though to off-roading. This year Suresh participated in the Raid de Himalaya, riding on a RMX 450 and was holding second position on the final day when he fell at an unmarked bridge near Baralacha Pass, breaking his knee that put him out of the race. But this die-hard rider is not giving up on two-wheels and is impatient for the injury to heal for him to get back on the saddle. His spirit is amply demonstrated by the fact that he came for the B-Cube meet on crutches and talked motorcycling only.
