Bajaj Allianz General Insurance launched long term two-wheeler insurance under which two-wheelers can be insured for up to three consecutive years at one time. The policy comes with a 24×7 roadside assistance service.
Bajaj Allianz General Insurance MD and Chief Executive Tapan Singhe, said – “This long-term policy will not only ensure they are covered for a longer period of time, but will also help save their outgo towards motor premium in comparison to a single year policy, Most importantly, two-wheeler customers now have an access to 24×7 roadside assistance. In our attempt to make travel worry-free and safe for women, this facility will be offered complimentary to our women customers.”
As per this new insurance plan, customer doesn’t have to renew the insurance every year as he’ll get the policy certificate for a maximum of three years.
The Bajaj Allianz 24×7 roadside assistance includes a flat tyre and flat battery as well as fuel assistance service, delivery of spare keys, towing, minor repair facilities, legal advice, accommodation or taxi benefits and medical co-ordination. As for now this facility will be available 80 cities across the country.
The company also said that there will be no premium hikes during the three year policy period even if there is a yearly hike in third party motor premium.
