Reports are coming from Italy that premium motorcycle maker MV Agusta is facing a bad time once again. The company has announced a restructuring plan due to major financial issues.
Back in 2014, MV Agusta had partnered with Mercedes-AMG for 20 Million Euros which helped the brand stabilize. But that partnership isn’t working anymore because the German company doesn’t want to pump in more money unless they gain full control in MV Agusta.
MV Agusta’s press release assures that the Brand will battle it out in the coming months and Giovanni Castiglioni, CEO, MV Agusta will not give away company’s control.
The company is looking for new partners so that they can repay debts and continue producing amazing motorcycles.
