Bajaj is expected to launch its new range of Avenger motorcycle on 27th October 2015.

Earlier we have reported that Bajaj will launch a face lifted Avenger motorcycle in Indian two-wheeler space in order to jump up the sales figures at 20,000 units per month from current 4000 units.

We are expecting that the Bajaj Avenger Series launch on 27th October 2015 could have Avenger 150, Avenger 220 and a Avenger street or Black.

Just like the recently launched Bajaj Pulsar Adventure Sports 150 and 200. It is expected that the new Avenger will also come with a 150cc variant and the existing 220cc variant with some added chrome on it whereas the Avenger Street/black could be the variant dipped into mono tone matte black paint job.

We are also hoping to get some safety features like rear disk brake or ABS considering new government’s regulations for the auto makers.

It is also expected that the company will be launching new executive motorcycle brand which will be positioned alongside the Discover.

As per our report in October 1st week Bajaj currently holds 19% market share in motorcycle segment and plans to increase it to 23% by FY16 end.
