It can be said without a shadow of doubt that the Suzuki Hayabusa is one of the most iconic motorcycles ever made. The falcon was an absolute legend and it’s departure from the production line left was a lot to deal with. But what if we told you that a new Hayabusa is on the way?

See, we have had a very close relationship with the Hayabusa. It was a part of the xBhp garage for a very long time. So it pained us deeply to know that it was being discontinued. In addition to that, we are of the opinion that nearly all the motorcyclists in the world were left teary-eyed when the news of it being rolled off the production lines broke.

But hey, we can put all that doom and gloom aside and welcome what truly comes as a surprise tease. Suzuki Global YouTube channel put up a video titled “The all-new model will be unveiled.” That was surely not enough to get our attention but what did was the familiar looking silhouette. And ultimately, curiosity got the best of us and this time around, it came with a great reward.

A glancing shot of the headlight and the rear revealed that it was a fully faired machine. But that is wasn’t enough either. Two exhaust pipes on either side… we’re getting closer now. What finally served as a dead giveaway though was the instrument console! A modern take on the classic ‘Busa setup.

Who would have thought that the final dive of the peregrine falcon would be followed up with a resurrection no less than that of a phoenix. So, are you perfectly poised for the 5th of February, 2021?
