I would see this bike more as a missed opportunity for Yamaha in India than a ground-breaker.

Its sad that they couldnt plonk in a more powerful engine inside this extremely presentable bike. I am unhappy that this wasnt available when I was in college: not for any other reason but to be able to see the smug smiles of the riders disappear in the smelly 2-stroke smoke of an RX100 or Fury or Roadking - Eat my dust, choke on my exhaust !

Yrcs???

Guys did you notice YRCS written near on the spark plug cooling channel. Does anyone know as to what it is?? or is it yet another marketing attempt

Hmmm... no mention of that in marketing material... check the user manual for more info.

YRCS = Yamaha ______ Cooling System.

Dont remember what exactly is R. The black box near the spark plug channels air specially to the sparkplug area where engine would heat more at high speeds.

Yes dude ...the bike is out....
evn i went to get the delivery this sunday.........but could not as red colour was not available.......black was there...
hope to get it today or tomorrow....

btw.. how tall r u?

I had gone to the Pune Yamaha Riders showroom in Camp today morning, they are giving test rides from today afternoon

going again tomorrow to try out the bike, and maybe finally book it.

Sad news

when I called up panache motors yesterday, they promised me the bike today, but when I called them today, he said bikes havent come to bangalore yet, they will coming here on sunday and we'll get our bikes on monday
