On my last trip a 10 year kiddo asked me about my R15 - "Yeh agge me plastic lagaya hai ... ya ye original bike hai"

I was bamboozled . A ten year kiddo would ask such a question

He didn't stop there and asked about the price and he was amazed that the price is more than a Lakh.

Earlier at a petrol bunk another kiddo, whose dad was getting his Maruti 800 refilled, came and said "Enta" . I am not familiar with Telugu . I said what ? . He asked "How much" . I was like .

Now days kids seem to be lot smarter than what we were in our childhood.

        hi all,,

i want to share two incidents with you.

1.After seeing my r15 a guy asked me how much did you pay for this front plastic dabba(pointing on head light and fairing)

2.Few years back I rode down my friend's new fz from showroom to his home and i was waiting for him in his society suddenly a guy came and seeing the rear tyre ,questioned me
"aapne kya maruti 800 ka tyre is mein laga diya"?

guys this just happened yesterday evening. i and my friends get together in the evening for a smoke and tea. while for leaving home a rickshaw driver next to stand asked me-
          "which bike is this?"
          i said "yamaha r15"
he asked the price i told him the same, but then came the bombshell
he said "so is it 350 bhp?" adding to that the tone in which he asked was so serious as if the amount he mentioned was okay and normal." and then topping it all he asked me the cc's at last. man i was laughing my a*s off in front of his face could not control it at all!!

This happened to a friend of mine.. He had just got his new ninja250 and was visiting my colony.. He was with the bionic knee and elbow guards. On seeing this, the watchan refused him to enter the society saying AAP STUNT KAROGE TO HI ALOW KARUNGA. He even called his kids to get a look at the bike!!!

I am not sure if this is funny or extremely sad.

A friend posted a video of bikers doing stunts with even a helmet!

My comment was "Why is no one wearing any safety gear?"

His reply to the comment was "give urr gear...as it is u have no use of it....u just wear to show ppl"

On one of our weekly trips to Bandra Reclamation, my friend hrishikesh and I were sitting next to our RDs when a boy in his mid teens walked up to us and said "Aap ne yeh second engine kaa modification kis mechanic se karvaya hai? mujhey bhi apni RX100 mein karvaana hai.

Rishi and I were lost for words, as we still are after almost 5 yrs....

many bikes nowadays have just the toe part of the shift pedal, not the heel part...most people use their toe for shifting gears in such bikes....like the apache

Six riders, including Kriss on Hyabusa, went for a ride to Pocharam. We stopped at a Dhaba to have our lunch. We all parked our bikes outside the Dhaba, and Kriss requested the owner of the Dhaba and parked the Hyabusa inside to avoid attention. Now the most interesting part happened. The server there asked me where are the xtra seats for the Busa. I was confused for a moment and after seeing the question mark on my face, the server wondered how we all sat on the Busa. I was speechless and when I asked the same question to Kriss and the group, they were speechless initially and then burst in to laughter.
