I was little apprehensive while beginning to write this. Not because of the usual thoughts whether moderator would approve or the members would respond. But I was thinking if members would really speak their conscience consciously and contribute.
I know that our forum members are of different age groups with wide variety of profession, culture and geographies with different levels of exposures in life. This is simply wonderful. I just thought, how about helping each other on trivial and general topics of day-to-day life in this off topic thread??? I gave it a lot of thought and decided to create this thread. I guess we could have a great time if this thread is steered properly by all willing members contributing appropriately.
I am neither a philanthropist nor a psychologist. I am just trying to create this thread to consciously speak our conscience and help each other. Ideally, one should be learning from others experiences and benefit from it rather than learning it the hard way. I call it 'values of life.'
Come on BHP-ians each one of us always have that little or even a list of experiences which you may think is unique, wanted to share but unable to or it is not acknowledged properly. All I am looking from our forum members are the valuable experiences that you might have learnt in your life. Your learning/values could be shared here with our fellow BHPians.
While I am putting down my thoughts please feel free to suggest for betterment of this thread.
To illustrate a few situations, BHPians could use this thread to -
* seek advice on dealing healthier relationships especially within family
* good deed(s) done that made their day complete
* social responsibilities involved
* ideas to overcome stress/anger/etc
* Fatherhood experiences - how to deal with children
I guess, after few pages of posting and responses the thread will steer in the right direction.
Hoping to share and learn a lot from our colleagues apart from motors. If the thread is approved I shall come up with my first situation!
(P.S - Mods, please edit/delete this thread if you feel it would not serve the purpose.)

and yes they are the best toys to play with
