The worst thing is if you have a longer foot rest on the bench then you have to balance the whole weight on one leg which is very dangerous. The other thing is to Rack it back you have to drop it down or walk reverse.
So Find your Feasible weight with which you can walk and do the squat and try it...
Thank you. That helps. Don't you think it will be better to face the bar while mounting it on shoulders? This way, I think it will be easier to put the bar back on rack because we will be walking forward rather than backwards? Anyway, I haven't tried it so don't know what's best.

Both of them are good and it depends on the type of Bench You have. Our Bench has enough Room to Pick the Bar in the other way and walking forward. So I find it easy..

So post my accident (23rd October 2016), I had to take a break of 72days from gymming. Over that because of my pinky still under recovery, my grip has changed a lot.

And fitness being one of the integral part now of my life, I will be starting fitness and food related vlogs

Thats my mistake, I eat too much food, will cut down, also my sleep pattern has to improve. Well my main aim is to lose my paunch, I am considering diets and intermittent fasting , but for now swim n cardio , which is going to eat a lot of my energy.

My suggestion would be to NOT diet or fast. Eat three proper home cooked meals a day. Do not eat junk. Start exercising that will jumpstart your metabolism. You want to lose weight gradually. Dieting and fad diets make you lose weight too fast and you tend to gain it equally fast! Recommended only for people who are trying to lose weight to look good in their wedding photos

In one of the initial few pages of this thread R-Series had shared a 15 minute no equipment workout which is really good. I recommend that for boosting metabolism. Since it is only 15 minutes, you easily find time for it even on your most busy days. Check it out.

Anybody out here who uses a heart rate monitor for aerobic activity? Do you feel it has helped in your workout?
