        I know, i have ordered from healthkart before and but there is no guarantee of purity in most local brands and many international brands too. That's why i referred to LabDoor.com Do have a look at this.
        I used to take Optimum Nutrition which is one of the oldest in the business and was shocked to see it way below on the list, another reason i tried this was a spike in the rates of the said brand and i wanted to try something else.

                I wont buy pro antium because it contains creatine ~5g in every serving, its better to buy protein and creatine separately because i sometimes take 2-3 scoops in a day so that means i get around 15g of creatine a day, which might cause some side effects. Phase8 seems good never tried it tho.

                      An update:

                      received the order. and i was charged no duty at all. Don't know why, but the box was damaged and had opened a bag of protein so around half a scoop was spilled. But other than that it was a pretty sweet deal. Came to around 3k for 5.5lb of whey.

                      PS:I have emailed them to check about the damage and spillage.

                        Last week gym was off for 3 days so have to complete all body pars in 3 days, which included 370kg leg press machine. Today onwards again back to diets and weights. Hope by Jan I have some abdominal to show off

                          Nice, i am on a break due to exams. I have exams starting this week and they'll last around a month but i will start midway when all the difficult subjects are done. Will do upper lower split for 2-3 weeks or so before switching back to my regular routine.

                            I was never a professional. I workout for keeping myself fit and active.

                            Last time ended the experience and friends gym. Now starting from there.

                            Even though he being a friend allowed me his gym for me, but i must repay back in some way. So i just started helping him in gyms in free time. I asked him to do some changes.

                            Some changes were that we added another floor to de-clutter the gym. Also added more equipments and also added a locker room extra.
                            Second i asked him to change the instructors as they were not using scientific way but forcing the clients often causing injury.

                            Third thing was i took a great interest and personally took great interest in learning about body. So got all the books related to fitness. Studied a lot. You can say i finished almost diploma in physical training. Also got the encyclopedia of body building by arnold.
                            Also got the video of pumping iron which till date is my motivation to working out.

                            Whenever i feel lazy or do not feel like working out i just watch the video and it fills me with motivations.

                            Now coming to friends gym, i helped him in choosing new instructors and female instructors for ladies member.

                            Coming to my work out i didn't prefer any trainer. I devised my own workout and my friend and me would both workout. He helped me in sets and i helped him.

                            In between these on request of my friend started training one guy and two girls.

                            Since i am believer in old school, i always play great emphasis on free weights. I also used to follow workouts that follows the natural function of muscle.

                            Training continued and i became a favorite in members as i helped in letting them know what they are doing and for why?

                            This went on and once a skinny guy, i am now grown big. When i started gym i was 65 kgs. Went to 72 kgs in 1 years or a little more.

                            Tried to remain in there and was fit. Used to play football in college twice a week. Slowly saw no one had interest in football and thus stopped it altogether.Since football was stopped started doing cardios for better muscle balance and burning fat.

                            Then in 2011 when John abraham came with Force with his 96 kg frame, i don't know what struck me. I decided to build mass. My training got changed and i was after mass.
                            Increased mass to 86 kgs.

                            BUt that euphoria got down at the end of 2012.In january 2013 joined SBI and was posted 170 kms from home. So have to leave friends gym. Build a gym at my place of posting.
                            So i presently work out in my personal gym and i love it and feel pride when people exclaim that i have a personal gym.

                            Presently working out alone is a little boring, but happens. Love to workout and will continue to workout. When i go to home on weekends i make it a point to meet my friends at gym. Usual talks of you know what.

                            Presently i am keeping weight between 75-78 kg.

                            Next post will tell about my present stats.

                                I actually started gym to get fit and reduce my belly to fit comfortable in my snug riding jacket. Have started weight training since last 3 months instead of only cardio since most recommended that it will help achieve my goal faster. Was reading up on this thread and wanted some basic advice on proteins. Have started to take whey after workout.Have noticed it does help as have reduced my waist but my weight is same which is what iI want.Wanted some advise on casein protein for bedtime. My goal remains getting lean and will be focusing more in cardio.
