I wonder why you guys are behaving like fanboys.... I have used the hypePhone for a long time... I would agree that it kick started a revolution on User Interfaces but it is not godPhone as you guys make it to be.
Try a BB for mails, try an Android for apps.... the best part I can use a 90% similar OS on a zillion devices... unlike the godPhone which comes in a restricted device.Super CommuTOURer - Talk less, Ride more

satenpoojary@i agree with u, BB is good in mails & iPhone is restricted but android is not that great in apps as apple app stores are.People buy iPhone not just for file transfer...but for its fluid UI, apps, music, looks, camera and flawless hardware..very few iPhone has hardware issues,,thy r just damn perfect..sigpicIf you ride like there's no tomorrow, there won't be

+1. when in India i was stuck with p990i and that was the best out there at that point of time. however after moving out I have used 3G, 3GS and now 4, plus scores of other touch and non touch phones, and i cannot think of any phone past or present, which is so fluid as the one with a half bitten fruit. am no fanboy and i do sometimes hate the restrictions aswell, but all the restrictions are there for a reason as all would know.Originally posted by vinoob View Posti was a fan of Nokia for 5 years,,,and i never ever wanted to try any other mobiles other than Nokia,,but when de i bought the first gen iPhone...it made me amuse WTF is this..then years passed by,,i kept updation from one iPhone to another..mean while i too had de chance to grab all the other touch phones in market...but no was perfect,,,every one tried harder to compete with iPhone but every one failed by miles..with a single phone they gained a huge market share and profit..thy set de revolution what an touch phone shud be..even now no one has competed iPhone in UI and appstore.when every one was trying to create a device to compete iPhone, apple technicians were in the process of creating new generation Iphone's thtzz how it works. guys these r just my opinion [no offence]..

It lets me do what ever I want without any restrictions and I love it, I agree the apps on Android arent that great, but it is getting better and better. You also get custom UI skins in android which look great, not sure if you can do that in a IPhone.
HTC makes great android based handsets, their custom UI is almost as good or may be better than the IPhone UI.

i've been using my 3G since September 2008.
i've had zero issues with it.
i use my phone for music, play a few games, not for email (not all that much)
i know what a blackberry has to offer...
adroid is pretty good too...
but i love my iPhone... for how it makes me feel.
kinda like how riding an RD makes me feel... makes me smile.
i've ridden bigger n faster n better bikes...
my i love the RD... for how it makes me feel.
the UI... the touchscreen... the overall design of the phone.
which literally feels like an extension of my hand...
i'm waiting for the iPhone official launch... will get myself one.

Why don't you try fancy market @ khiderpore. You should get the 16 gig for 35k unlocked.Originally posted by svjhonda View PostOkay, can someone help? I'm looking for an iPhone4. Where can I find the cheapest iPhone 4 (16GB) which is box packed, and factory unlocked if possible?
Guys why argue which is better than what . If any 1 phone was better than the rest wouldn't all other phone go out of business , it's just what you want from a phone and how much does it satisfy your need . PeaceLast edited by shabbarak; 11-06-2010, 08:21 AM.Shabbar

bprags@iphone can be customized in all ways which an android phone can ever dreamed off after its jail-broken..and no phone can beat iphone in UI,,,,thy r the best..a lil kid will find comfortable when given an iphone in hand...
...iphone brought up de trend in touch screen and every one copied their patent..

The first touchscreen phone was the IBM Simon, launched in 1992. During this decade the popular iPaq (not made by Apple by the way) was launched with touchscreens and optional phone attachments. HTC launched their first touchscreen phone, the HTC Wallaby aka XDA in 2002. Apple did actually make a concept for a touchscreen phone (not a mobile, a regular landline phone) way back in 1983!Originally posted by vinoob View Postyeah i accept...iphone 4 has reception problem....it only happens when u hold it to de death grip..,and de UI of iphone is far better than galaxy,,,,i phones 3gs was far better when it comes to reception error

Apple Touch Phone 1983Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

i never said that apple were the inventors of touch phones...thy showed de world what an touch screen mobile should be. simple, fluid & respond-able..even Sony,O2, htc ,nokia and motorola had touch phones,,,but nothing was up to the peoples expectations..iphone was a revolution when it landed. i don't want to start a brand war here...i will always be a apple fan boy
...and i love their products..

+1 we had to apply pressure on touch screen or use a stick to operate..after doing all this de response was not up to the mark we had to wait for a decade,,Originally posted by xionite View Postup until the iPhone... every ''touchscreen" phone was a pressphone.
and at everyone saying u can't do stuff on the iPhone...
once Jailbroken... u can tweak the iPhone from here to kingdom come.

i somehow agree with this...the touch or UI graphics on iphone 1st edition was super cool...the touch response was one of its kind...even now i feel that the touch response on iphone is better than any brand...though without jailbreak and unlocking its limited to very little functionality, once cracked,it can be used for everything and anything ...only downside is that the camera and video recording both are bad and also the make of the iphone 4 is very fragile...i find the 3gs to be the best till date...and also the cost factor.too high for too little...thats why i also have the n8 along with 3gs...its my ipod,my game center,my net browser and a phone...Originally posted by vinoob View Post+1 we had to apply pressure on touch screen or use a stick to operate..after doing all this de response was not up to the mark we had to wait for a decade,,
