believe me whenever i look at the boot i cuss myself for not adding a few more thousands and buy myself a better boot.

from my experience if you are not a hardcore track and tourer biker i would suggest a 3/4th riding boot (Half riding boot).

i need them for touring.......long as well as short......

    my reasons:
    1) dont go by the full length looks of cramster, their ankle support is almost negligible.and they dont provide shin support as well and to add to that full boots are a pain to walk around in. what...?? there is no shin support.......thats the whole purpose of buying it. actually i had a big fracture in shin sometime back.....thats why i need to protect it by full length boots and knee/shin guard

    2) dont take the boots in the rain cramster cannot handle rain, if it gets wet the whole innerline and the cardboard stuffing on the sole will come out.and cramster does no repair of these boots even though they have the branding.. wierd!!!!!! but website says it is waterproof.......and i do ride regularly in rain

    3) i would always prefer to go for a half boot from a reputed company since the ankle support will be better, the boots will last longer and it will be easier to walk around in half boots which means i can use it every day and for tours as well. for the shin and knee use a knee and shin guard.

bachoo motors sells Rjays half boots for under 5k and a 100% waterproof boot for under 7k.you might want to have a look at them.

well i got your point...its really sad to know that they don't meet my requirements....

ok guys........has anybody else used these cramster boots......any more reviews.

    • ^^ Dont know about boots, but I currently have a pair of gloves. They are substandard - stitches coming out within a month of regular use, that too under dry conditions. I doubt they will last more than 6 month without coming apart.

      • i think that fairly concludes that i should not purchase anything from cramster.

        • I read the thread completely, and I think BOOOO is right. To disrespect & trouble him at a very urgent moment, is not something a business should do.
Instead of an apology by the business' representative, the reply was "Let's move on"??
Ok BOOO, then let's move on, from Cramster.

In any business, respect is very necessary. The Customer is like a god for the business.

I had to buy some gears soon, but it won't be from Cramster. Thanks for the heads up BOOOO bro. DSG seems good in customer reviews...

It seems to me, this store_guy is taking some sort of revenge on his manager or the brand cz of some unknown reason.

And it this really is the manager then, I guess....everything will show up in his sales itself.

Me & my friend were to visit the Cramster showroom today for 2 saddle bags, 2 jackets & gloves. I don't I have the same mind anymore.

            • Well i have been using the TGR 2's since an year and they have held up well. Maybe because i wear them once or twice a month whenever i am going for long rides or so. I think the quality is fine. But now the inner lining has started to come off slowly. God knows what would have happened if i were wearing them continuously.

I agree that their products are not the best but they are not very bad too considering their prices, but now many more competitive companies are up and they are offering much better stuff for the same price. I hope cramster realises this and makes their behavior and attitude towards the customer much better.

Well, so much for cramster. Time to move on like they did.

You can trust DSG, and the TRG2 gloves from Cramster is also a good choice.
