Today we finished the work, atleast fitting part, now the carb just needs to be tuned, will do it in the morning.
I rode it, not very hard but yes I rode it and boy was it great.
First I rode it, it just sounded great, but couldn't feel any difference in power, later in the evening called my friend with a P220, he came, we then tested the bike a little, and I have to tell you that he is not such a great rider.
We dragged and normally if I would have had my stock P220, I would win with a margin of a full bike length, means, he would be behind me by 1 bike lenght, and today he was ahead by me by almost 20 mts, seriously!!!.
After that I rode my bike again.
Now I could feel the difference in power. If anyone who has riden a P220, he will know if u dump the clutch and wring the throttle completely then you get pushed back quite forcefully in the 1st gear, well I was getting that much 'Force Feedback' in the 3rd gear!!! Yes the 3rd gear. I was at 1k rpm, wrang the throttle completely and got a amplified thrust in the 1st gear, then I shifted at 9k and yes, I forgot, it revs so much more freely now, I could reach 10k rpm with a ease, even in the 4th gear, couldn't find a road empty enough to run on 5th at high rpm. Yes where I was, yes, I shifted at 10 rpm and I was pushed back with a very very strong force, softer than what I felt earlier but it was definatly alot and then I again shifted at 10 rpm and into third and it was almost as the one I use to get at 1st gear, felt familiar, then continued and reached 118 in 3rd!!!
Later went for a ride and meet a guy with a CB400, I was heading from Powai to Seepz and I was riding normally, but my exhaust still made quite a noticeable sound. I heard a small but quite a good exhaust note, was very unfamiliar, very muted similar to a turbo spool in a car, but not a whistle, I was trying to find the bike, saw one on my left a little behind but could understand which it was, so thought it was a Apache 150, I dont know why. Then I looked again and thought it was a Comet and then I understood, it wasnt a comet, but the sound was from this bike itself, by this time he overtook me and I followed suite, raced real real hard, dropped from 5th at 60 kmph to 3rd and was in just trying to follow, that is because I didnt think I could go ahead, I was with him till seepz, then I stopped for my friend. He continued, then we turned left towards seepz depot and I was behind my friend.
Just before seepz depot there was a truck in the left lane and my friend on the right, as I was about to go ahead of the truck and reach my friend, I again started to hear the same sound, looked left and there he was, on his Red CB400, whuushhhhhh, he sprung into action, maybe was waiting for me, this time, I was going to beat him, went up there, full throttle in 2nd and then 3rd, but due to traffic had to let go. Was real nice to see my poor 220cc mill compete against a 400 honda.
If the owner is here reading, dude, you ride well, but you need to learn how to concentrate.
Hope this long post doesnt bore anyone, there aren't many good pics, but attaching a few and a vid of the exhaust note, will upload a better vid and pics too.

nice... sounds powerful for a P220.

for a guy like me who rides a p150 this looks like real power to me. changing gears at 9K-10K rpm
on 4 wheels u feel the speed after a crash, 2 wheelers are much more advanced

Yes I do can change at 10k.
Where earlier the bike's power use to end at 8k and use to struggle to reach 9k, now it just keeps on going, no stopping, even in 3rd gear. I still havn't tested 10k at 4th gear, never had enough space.
