Joel clearly makes the best sounding exhausts for single cylinder mills. and you might wanna change your oil to xxW50 before you roast your engine.

That's exactly the reason i haven't gone for it already..
Looks like i'll have to stick to upgrading to NGK's, MSD ignition cable and a high tension clutch spring and try to find out about performance cables.

I too was against the sound, but its something that I have adjusted with and in a few days so will my neighbours.
I am waiting for the race weekend to end, I will talk to joel then if a baffle can be made.
In any case, the bike runs real real nice.
Even though it can reach the same speed a stock bike can, but it can maintain that speed and reach the mark much much faster.

Here is a picture of my ride in the dirt.

Today another Xbhpian, Neil, got his Free Flow today. We met, two stock P220 and 1 mine and 1 Neil's.
                Had a blast.
Neil's bike is faster than stock but doesnt really feel like it. Well we haven't tested it yet. Lets hope he can join me soon for proper testing.

EDIT - Also there will not be a need for a baffle, the sound has settled in with me and its fine.

Man... the bike sounds AWESOME! And about performance, I can't say much at the moment. The thing I noticed is, the engine revs a bit faster (or easier?). Also, it actually goes beyond 10k RPM.

Did not ride it real hard because I am somewhat scared of the sound :P

Will post my views after riding it for a few days when i get used to the sound and the feel.

                    Insane shit

I rode his bike and wow it feels like there's no power loss at any rpm. What amazed me most is the way it went from 8k to 10k+ in 4th.. 128km/hr!

I managed 147 effortlessly. Must say joel, the job done on the head has complimented the exhaust system.

                    Cheers.

Edit: The firing = fire, literally seen from the exhaust when the rev limiter cuts in.

                        Update.
Have been using the bike after the mods for over 1.5k kms and unfortunatly, I have gotten use to the power
                        But it still runs amazingly.
The other night, we ripped my bike to its limit and had burnt the glass wool inside, yesterday went to Automech and got more filled in. Now it sounds so much more bassy, just like a Superbike.
Here is a pics taken on sunday, took my camera but had forgotten to charge it so could only click 1 pic.

So finally the time has come... to ride to Bangalore..
Actually planned to build my sounding rocket after 10k kms now it has crossed 12k.

It looks like he is now building rpm like a crazy dc motor fed with excessive current.

                          Very good news..

Tomorrow I will be installing the head and Free Flow, till then have only a few pictures to share.
Will be doing a dyno too.
                            complete review.
Hey is it necessary to change the rim to accommodate 130 rubber? I heared people runs 140 tyre on stock rim. How much soes a new rim costs?
What kind of mod is done on head?
Are u using a ff air filter? If yes any up-jetting done?

                              a couple of years ago... i ran a 150 Pirelli MATCH08 on a P180UG3 rim.

i did have to make adjustments to the rear sprocket
so that the chain didn't touch the tyre tho.

Maybe he has done this to keep the rubber wider rather than a bulged one
