Tyre upgrade are an extreme importance, IMO, as that is what lays the power onto the tarmac.

Get the best and not only will your straight-line performance increase but also your corner speeds and confidence.

I Ranked first in the M3 catagory, the bike did a decent 16.4, was my first drag and I had ZERO practice, everyday just went from office to garage to office to town for drag formalities, the whole week went on in the same manner. Had thought that I would practice on Saturday but then I had to race on Saturday, today I hope to clock a slightly lesser time.

Under 15 secs is not easy. Its easy said than done. You are now at 16 secs, and its not easy to simply break over a second. Thats almost another 3-4 horses to be unleashed.

                    • I'm talking with the usage of NOS and even more lighening of the bike, as in using thinner tyres, lean shocks, plastic fuel tank and light weight seat + anything you can do.

                            • ^^Thanx man, there were just a few and we in the top three had a tough fight, I won by 0.1 secs and the guy who placed 3rd was 0.2 secs behind me. Loved the Uncle's bike and his passion, Purshottam, 51 years of age and had a real fast ZMA, the other P220 guy was, how should I put it..........a Punter.
On the 2nd day just before leaving uncle asked me if he would see me in april as he loved racing with me.
