a lot would depend on the papers and condition of the bike.

Guys just had a query in my mind that, is it possible to import a 800 to 1000 cc bike year model from 2004 to 2007 ?
    1) If yes than what are the rules and regulations......
    2) what exact price would one have to pay ?

    My two cents.

^^^ oopz, sorry about that link. But at the time i posted it the whole article was visible, now it needs "subscription" to view the whole thing. . Anyways that was mainly about how idiot proof the new bmw is.(kinda...) and the bragging rights about its performance, tech, brand,, etc that can make a newbie happy (and safe ?!- err..dont ask me).
Edit: it turns out, hell for leather site, dont keep their articles public more than 12hrs of publishing it online.

    Hi Guys,
Got a noob question regarding sbks. How in the world do guys avoid your sbks from getting molested? Seriously, I mean I live in Bangalore, I haved parked many a times at church street, brigade road. The parking attendants keep shuffling the bikes around without any dire concern for the safety of the bike. More the bikes jammed into one spot, more the moolah.
Other than the parking attendants, you got the regular tom, dick and harry who have no regards for others property. Jealousy might govern them, and they might decide to get a bit artsy, or they might decide to go on a test drive on your parked bike. Does this not concern you guys, or you guys have figured out how to handle it?
