Official price of this model is 4400 INR. So don't trust Amazon ever for discounts. Visit official ls2 India website for price comparison.

No, this is not the LS2 you might be looking for. These are the cheaper versions of the same helmet made by 'LS2 China' for the chinese markets. They are of lower quality as compared to the original LS2s (of the west) but still better than the Studds/Vega ones. Atleast they come in snug fits. In my opinion, it is a good buy though it is not the original product because all the features remain the same.

Well my experience with the Laxmi Automobile is not so good(though they sell genuine LS2).
I bought LS2 ff320 from LS2 India website because on Amazon the same helmet costs me around 1500 more. I went for LS2 India as there is an option to return.
Once I got the large varient shipped to my place I found Large is too tight for my face. I asked if they can replace it with XL size. I was ready to bear shipping charges. They told they won't do return or replacement. I informed them about the option of return on the official site but they disconnected the call. Next day I called them again and asked what should I do given that Large helmet is of no use to me; they told me to replace inner padding with xl as there is only one shell size available for that modle. They told they can ship the xl padding. Next day when I called they told me to contact Ryder auto (Bangalore) and get the size checked by going to the shop. As I live in Mysore it was not possible for me to go and just check the size. I called them again asking them to atleast ship xl padding(I was ready to return the large padding and pay shipping cost) but now they told me that xl padding won't come to India and they can't do anything.
Now as I didn't had any option I contacted Ryder auto and told them my situations and asked if they can take back my helmet; in return I'll buy some other varient. They informed me that they can arrange xl padding. I was suspicious they will give me duplicate one. They told they have genuine one and they have to order it from Laxmi Automobile(irony). They also told me that they have one reseller in Mysore, they will send padding to them.i can go over there to get the xl padding.
After 3-4 days I went to the shop in Mysore and they fitted the xl padding.
I won't suggest anyone to buy anything directly from LS2 India official website.

Guys, I found this site motardinn.com
They have a great range of helmets, but I'm concerned about the genuineness of the site. Anyone had any experience with this site before?
            :D

Great products there. I too am in a need of a good MX Helmet hard to source one here other than few handfull of brands we have. Mixed reviews on Motardinn over net though (just googled up some reviews). Ships through India Post or DHL, latter being costly.

Any inside over this would really help. Let me know if you bump onto any leads on that.

The prices on motoardinn do not include custom duties. If you're buying something that'll be imported by them, the landing price will increase.

                    Hey guys,

So what's the current verdict? Should I get an LS2 helmet from Laxmi Automobiles? I went through this thread and all this research was done in 2014 (almost 3 years ago).

After all this research, I am still a little bit concerned. What's the current status of LS2 helmets in India? Are Laxmi Automobiles (Official LS2 Website) trustworthy? I can get one off Myntra for 500 bucks cheaper (sold by FashionTech), but I don't know who the seller is, so can't vouch for authenticity. Another seller is on Ebay (Rider's Den), but as of right now, I haven't found an Ebay 10% discount coupon (maybe they've stopped giving those).

So, what's the verdict? Should I go for LS2 from Laxmi Automobiles (www.ls2india.com)?

He's from Pune, yes, and they are the official importers/distributors of LS2 in India So far, I'm quite happy with my helmet. I got it for 4.9k, and it's really good, quality wise.

The new policy from the Indian government states that only ISI-certified helmets are to be sold in India. However, there’s still confusion regarding the sale of imported helmets in our country.

This government policies have to be the worst till date? They are clearly clueless on the quality levels of imported helmets. I have no words for these jokers, really we need to start a petition and get them to understand why we purchases imported helmets than Indian made ones.
