They will be arranging for a generator van if we need electricity for such events or else he was suppose to provide us in tent battery operated LeD lamps . But I think we would require a generator Van . As long as videos are concerned we would have to rent a projector which I think is fairly manageable .

      Good news! The 1st xBhp All India G2G (Get-To-Gether) location has been finalised and it will be PUNE and surrounds.           Jan26th would be perfect for people who will have to do long haul rides. 24-25-26 is as it is a long weekend. Add a day or two of office leaves and one can reach pune - party hard - and ride back from most places in India (except NE)
          Plus, the Tricolour hoisted up with hundreds of bikers in all their riding gear would be a moment to remember!

                I have started preparing (some new gears and all). Wondering if experienced riders can create or point to a checklist for newbies like me.

                This would be my first tour (Kanpur to Pune to Kanpur). I would love to join some folks from Lucknow or Agra or Delhi or Jaipur. It would be cool to ride along with them, might need some help or might be of some help if required.

                      It could be late for this but just trying my luck . Attached are the pics for location which is available for our even in bhimashankar . It took time for this because we had to get approvals from the local gram panchayat , forest department and a farmer who's land will be used. We would have total 3 acres of land to pitch in tents . Location is senic and ample parking space is available for 150+ bikers .. Place around the house is the area we are discussing about . House is a school and we have had a word with there principle too and they are okay with it . We will be squiring tents and washrooms from Pune or mumbai depending on the quantity required . Me and the organiser have a complete sketched plan Asto how will the location look after everything is done . Let me know if someone wanna personally visit ..

                        This one looks like a dream coming to reality for the PAN India meet... I am all set to Ride from Delhi To Venue...of course accompanied by my Co rider of DelhiNCR chapter...The venue looks awesome.... please update more information...

                              Hello brothers,

                              Since the date is yet to be finalize, just a thought I like to share. How about 13, 14, 15 of feb2015. Indian Bike Week [IBW] is starting on 20th of feb. We will be travelling from east about 1700+km to bhimashankar. If the AIG2G took place on last week of January its not possible for us to stay back for 20 days. and for most of us, it will also not be possible to make another trip to IBW on feb. So if we choose 13, 14 , 15 of feb2015 we can also visit IBW. You know ek teer se do sikaar

                              its just a thought. AIG2G is our priority right know but just give a thought about it .
