      Avinash, no point checking all the date clashing and stuff, that only matters to a extend, no matter what, once the things are finalized and when it comes closer to the date, dropouts will be there, it is not something they do deliberately( i have had to bail on a few events myself), but happens, i'm sure you know that already.

      But still i still think, you guys must set a date and move ahead accordingly, expecting everybody's opinion on that will be a waste of time.

        Krish, your suggestion is good but there will be riders who want to participate for both plus even if the dates are adjusted in same month, two rides on same month could make a hole in the pocket. :banghead:

          True indeed, but finding a date accommodating all aspects can be pretty tough and might see the date being stretched farther. To which many might lose interest.

                            It might not be possible on new year's eve because a lot of ppl will have plans with family and friends, and it will be very costly in Goa on new year.

                            BUT

                            The all india xbhp meet will happen . So dont back out.

                                @pricesirohi - price bhai we haven't heard anything from delhi. Not even sure if they are considering anything about this. Xbhp is a family to me where we eagerly wait to meet everyone around the states. HO guys are doing there stuff as usual and don't think they are bothered with what frustration is building up in riders who check this thread everyday to see if their is any update. As long as xbhp magazines are sold I guess everyone is happy. I was under an Imperession that xbhp happens to be a brotherhood. Connecting fellow riders who share the same passion. But almost 3 months to decide on a venue or dates is just unacceptable from xbhp HO.

                                # no offence with prince sir as we are constantly nagging him for updates but he can't tell us anything till he hear's from delhi xbhp HO.
