publishing the results don;t matter, its more to do with RIGHT place , if its accessible to most then more will participate.

The form that we had asked to be filled earlier has got responses from a little under 150 people. Putting up the list here will not help much.

Dates and Location will be finalized and shared in a bit. Both on the basis of convenience of the majority of people. This is almost done since it is of paramount importance.

Also SPOCs for various cities are being decided and then contacted so that all the planning and implementation ahead will be as smooth an affair as possible.

Also, since now xbhp core team and moderators are organizing it...we can expect a much better outcome.

Yes, that is what caused a rethink. We are targeting the republic day weekend. The problem is that might be too cold for the north guys. Let's see...
