      It's high time they look up to people who helped and majorly contributed there passion as brotherhood to make this a biggest rider platform on India. It's not the SBK ride in delhi or or intermont or Austria that builds this audience it's the connect that makes the difference ad like u said unfortunately it's gone missing

          Where do we stand in the planning?

          We were not able to nominate spoc from each state. Have we?
          We are depending on the sponsorhip /xbhp
          We are not sure of the numbers
          We have not got all states involved in the discussion
          We have not able to decide the meeting place

          Everybody posts here but least talk some facts here and expect HO to do all the work.

          From Chennai I would say atleast 5 riders for this meet provided if the location is determined and dates are in Feb. Think as how many of your state/city riders you will be able to pull them up for this meet.

            Earlier we were planing this like a g2g with grp effort, but then moderators wanted to do the organizing part, hence an excel sheet was filled by all those who desire to participate. Unfortunately after that we dont have updates.

            So lets wait for sometime ....like a week or so to hear from moderators.

            If we dont get updates after a week..we can do it as a joint effort like we normally do for a g2g.

            What do you say..?

                People here were taking responsibility. Either mods should have left this like that or should have taken it seriously. No offense to anyone, but its just my opinion.
                I had word with Monk and another mod and this happened almost 4 months back.
                Monk said that they were thinking about this.
                Mod said it will happen after olx ride gets sorted out, and its been months that ride being over.

                      We can go ahead with the planning and should start doing all the groundwork keeping Feb in mind. If sponsorship or similar things comes at the end it will be an added plus

                      I'm ready to take the responsibility along with Prince for Pune and Mumbai and I guess 5-10 people should join from this side

                      Goa as a destination should attract maximum crowd for an All India Meet

                        I agree. Goa is a perfect but it should be during the mass holidays. Like Christmas vacation. I doubt office goers will find it easy to take a week off in Jan or Feb.

                          The good part is atleast the thread is living again. Goa will be the best option for meets like this but again we are talking of the season time, be it either December or February, and finding accommodation for a group of around 75-100 (this number will happen, as ISGTG get these kind of attendance) people will be difficult and costly. Why not just a little off than Goa, say Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Tarkarli etc or some such place which will keep the distance similar. Konkan, beaches and February, there cannot be a better combination.

                          I agree with @MG, let us plan and finalize on location and dates, I am sure MH team won't mind a recce ride, people who had confirmed on the excel sheet won't mind confirming again. The next step would be the regional SPOCs, T-Shirts designing, collecting money etc. The central team can pitch in any point of time and during this or after the GTG to cover it in the magazine and all that will be appreciated.

                            At the best, members should get going like Prince bhai and MG pointed. Goa isn't a bad choice but it has become too commercial and hence expect the prices too be on the higher side even if it will be on an off-season time.



                            HO will be busy; after all, we all need money. They too have mouths to feed. Organizing something of this sort needs time, and time is money.

                              kindly share the details of willing members collected through that excel sheet, and we will start from there. kindly share all the details in the excel sheet.

                              also, you can now move this thread to G2G section.

                              simultaneously we should start the work of T-shirt design. friends kindly volunteer yourself, those who have previous experience of designing ISG2G T-shirts. others with a flare for design should also volunteer.
