    Idea given by sagar kane for tent on rent seems a good option. As 2 people can easily accommodate in a T2 and the same can be easily carried on the bike if required ..

      Guys just had a conversation with my friend who arranged rented accommodation for 75 people with washrooms and food at mhalshej. Told him about our event and he is happy to manage tent accommodation, temp washrooms for 150+ riders with food at bhimashankar. Accommodation will be on mountain table top and as per him it will be the best and cost effective for all the riders . Please let me know your views on it and accordingly I can take it forward ..

        One small clarification, don't we need local administration involved for approvals during the stay at the mountain table? Considering if this going to be a large gathering, thought would be better to know the local administration formalities prior so we are not questioned. If the same event is held at hotel, won't be an issue, but out in the open, we might be asked to explain. Just my thoughts.

          Where exactly it is? I would like to see the location this weekend and what about the required permission. Before pitching a tent for 150 odd people we would like to take all the required permission so as not to face any problem later

            It's in bhimashankar . The person organising is heading there this weekend. He will take care of the permissions from local administration. He will be sending pics for his last organised event by today or tomorrow .orelse if needed we can ride to bhimashankar and see the actual location.

              Had a word with the organiser. He said he will take the permissions from the land owner and sarpanch of the village for the event . The only clause they usually put forward is labour and vehicle required for the organiser should be used from the villagers. Which the organiser is okay with . And would have no problem in organising the event permissions wise

                      Appreciate your work on this. Good to see that people like you and others are selflessly working on this to make it happen and eventually a grand success, and not just pointing and poking ifs and buts to others, and always remaining with question marks. Quite excited now after seeing it taking shape.



                      I will also vote anywhere around Pune to organise this event.
                      Also if possible can Vishwas Mokashi sir also be rope in!! I came to know he does organizes events, so being regular and enthusiast xBhpian, even he may help out in organizing things.

                            The person who is going to help us with all organising has gone to visit the location today and will be Sharin pics with me soon, As to where will the tents be pithed in, where the bikes be parked . Where will be some games organised like bunjee jumping and etc. trying to see the best in the lowest budget

                              Bhimashankar sounds great so far. Will there be electricity available since we are planning for an open air theatre. I would also like to know if we can play videos with a certain amount of loudness that shall be required for an audience of around 100 in the open. These things would also matter.

                              We also need to figure our a 100 kms or so round circuit from Bhimashankar for a scenic ride. We will divide the group with 10 motorcyclists each if the need be.

                              I am also trying to finalize a location near Pune meanwhile.
