    Why? The biggest positive of this place is its location, it is bang on NH7 and even guys from down south can reach in a day, although the same is not true for Delhi guys coz the highway is not in great shape. Other than the obvious attraction of wildlife safari the stretch between Nagour and Pench is quite beautiful to ride

    Problems: Accommodation will be quite expensive. Wildlife safari might not attract everyone.

    Tadoba and Nagzira are other options around that area but they don't have great stay options for large groups


    A place like Chilka will also be good coz of its climate / season and location (on GQ)

    Udaipur / Mount Abu are good options but it will be far off from people down south
    I am all for Pench and wildlife safari at that time of the year should be good.

          For riders from Chennai, Triruvananthapuram or Cochin it will be a 5-6 day event. So material of the event really matters to these riders. If it's going to be exciting, we can expect some decent numbers but not something huge. Also I belive the beauty of such an event is not exactly in the huge number. It's much much more than that.

            you are right. Its time we leave keyboards behind and get for real. And make others aware that we do exist. An all india meet is a necessity.

              To me the polls in this thread is pretty vague .It just asks about a state and no particular place.

              Rather lets have places like (for e.g. and not necessarily )

              1/Pench
              2/Nagpur
              3/Amboli
              4/Delhi



              P.S. - And if the place (for e.g. Pench/Nagpur) gets finalised and people down South plan to come through Bangalore, we(Bangalore XBhpians) can arrange for stop overs and start together. Whats say?

                Tentative Month is decided, but location seems much more difficult to decide.

                i propose that we make a google spreadsheet so that all those who wanna come can enter their names along with state and city of residence, so we get an idea of how many ppl are attending from which state.

                then we can decide location in a better way.

                    That's a good idea of Google spreadsheet. Here for Nagpur, we are 6-8 Xbhpian (confirm). If needed, we can take responsibility of location. But from my point of view, places near Nagpur is best, as it's possible for all riders throughout India to reach. Like for example, if we select north region, riders from Delhi will be reduced as it will be a very long run for them.
                    There can be a group made on social networking for further discussions and more members can be connected to it further.

                      Google spreadsheet it is then...
                      Some body please take the initiative - My office firewall restricts it.

                      Format can be something like:
                      Name,Xbhpid,city from where you will attend,preferred destination/destinations (one line for each destination so its easy to filter and reach a consensus )
