Built a new megaphone exhaust over the weekend. The dimensions of the exhaust are really radical and the engine note is sure wicked now. Surprisingly, the engine only gives a humming note untill 5000rpm but from then on all hell breaks loose.
Need to now add an O2 sensor on the exhaust for a wideband AFR sensor.
Will post pics later.sigpic

You seem to be very much akin to Mr. Somender SinghOriginally posted by Joel View PostThanks man.
I have had my own set of hurdles all through this project for the past 4 yrs. I'm really serious about what I'm doing and hence I will do my stuff come what. I have been pulled down, mocked and even laughed at but the same souls have greater respect towards me now. Its just a matter of tuning your mind to your goals
I still have a lot of plans for this bike, which will come to reality in some time.
. Just a compliment.

He he he, those days man. This was the first version of the Fiero 200 with the stock canister and a bigger bend pipe.
I remember, my rear wheel was bust and to just make it for the ride we put a spare wheel off a rally shogun so that I could come for the ride. The tyre didnt belong to me, hence that "whose father, what goes" burnout and abuse
LOL
Brings back all the memories man. Thanks.
This is tempting me a lot now. A big-bore is always fun. Ok in about 2 months I'll have the Fiero 200 rolling back on streets with a solid 22bhp. Oh the feel is amazing man.

Joel has increased the wheelbase of his bike , he had a F2 swingarm, gas shocks, 17" wheels and believe me, I have ridden it, it is absolutely rock solid even at 120+.Originally posted by Richard View Postgiven the wheelbase of the fiero...and that much power!..

Well, u didnt ride it in its last avatar. It had 17" wheels front and back, forward biased weight distro with linkage shifters and a sharter handle bar. Thats the 145kmph set-up and I didnt realise I hit 145 untill I saw the tachometer and the sigma. Rock steady is the word.Originally posted by bprags View PostJoel has increased the wheelbase of his bike , he had a F2 swingarm, gas shocks, 17" wheels and believe me, I have ridden it, it is absolutely rock solid even at 120+.
Wheelbase was last at 1290mm.
I'm anyways gonna bring the Fiero back to its 200cc form. This time it will be a 201cc set-up.
Will do some more works and will make it street legal for some sprinty 140kmph bursts around the city
. Bugged riding these 150cc 17hp engines.

Yes, and you'll see some new speed records then. 160+kmph Fiero with stock cam?Originally posted by kushanth View Post^ 201cc ?? hmm..
LOL
I just love that old speed trip man. Missing those days.
This time, I'll pimp the Fiero 200 and the karizma 230. Will push both to their potential limits.
However I'm expecting my 165cc Fiero to surpsrise both these fellows
. Like I've said somewhere earlier, I always like to play the lower CC game.

it would be such a sight to see the faces of all those zma and r15 guys redlining their engines and then a fiero blows past themOriginally posted by Joel View PostWell, u didnt ride it in its last avatar.
