I also face a lotta trouble for the parts.Once RTR180 is out I wud also get it +vely and I want it to make it a fastest premium Streetbike and not a stripped one like u have got.Ur ideas of RPM and tuning sounded promising to me for the RTR180........So u see soon I wud be needing help wid both bikes[

By the way do you think ur bikes are Motogp fast?[

^thats pure BS man
. I have hardly ever visited a Gym.
But ya, I work out on my bikes a lot
Will be getting a custom made digital tachometer, courtesy a good soul mate of mine. It will help in giving the most accurate values for on-the-go tuning and also letter power consumption over the analogue unit.
The O2 sensor will be re-routed to prevent too much power consumption. So by keeping these things in check, I can ditch my plans of upgrading to a larger and heavier battery.sigpic

Completed a few changes on the valve train part. The set-up should be reliable to not even hint a valve float. Next week will do some testing, hopefully.sigpic

The next thing that Joel will probably try is get some wings on the bike's sides to achieve some downforce so that it does not take off!!!!Democracy is when 2 wolves and a sheep meet to decide who is for dinner. Liberty is when the sheep has a gun.

U mean max revs it can clock in neutral and in-gear I guess? The valve train and config is capable of 13000rpm without any valve float or issues, But taking any higher will be a little risk and I'll have to experiment over time. Should be able to hit 14500rpm with a few changes inside...which I'll be working on.Originally posted by _keerthy View PostWhat next? Pneumatic valves or ducati like desmo valves? Whats the peak RPM you are hitting in neutral and while riding anna?
No pneumatic valves man, u kidding me.
But something interesting will come-up. Its only wait and watch

Working on a set-up now. A new ECU should be in place in about 2-3 weeks. Its all time consuming when you doing the firsts of its kind and its even more challenging to get the right results you desire.Originally posted by MavericK46 View Post@Joel: The ECU integration was successful or are you still working on it?sigpic
