Neat work there bro. Was planning to do this on my bike too but lack of knowledge in this dept. kept me away from it. The info posted will be of great help when i start out with my DIY stint. Stay tuned till then. As for your question, the HM Ambassador's headlamp reflector fits well onto the round head lamps on the classics and can handle upto 90W bulb, so go for it.

And clear lens is possible to fit. Will go for it soon.Originally posted by velociraptor13 View Post@abhi-neat job bro,as far as the headlights are concerned either go for the ambassador(hella, better than lumax) or of ashok leyland
Is the amby silbeam direct fit? I mean no modifications needed to fit the reflector in the headlight area? Pls confirm!Your biking tells a lot about the person you are!

looks amazing but I think instead of the Red LEDs you should have opted for more powerful white light emitting LEDs inside.2003 Kinetic GF170 Laser Sport Edition

As far as i know, its a direct fit. A lot of members here in mumbai had the ambassador headlamp assy fitted to the stock enclosures. So go for it.Originally posted by abhijeet080808 View PostIf any help is needed, ask me. And clear lens is possible to fit. Will go for it soon.

These 10mm LEDs are bright enough! White LEDs cost more! Also now I get a warm red glow. I tried using while LEDs - they gave a darkish crimson glow and the red plastic cover cuts out a lot of brightness.Originally posted by sabret00the View Postlooks amazing but I think instead of the Red LEDs you should have opted for more powerful white light emitting LEDs inside.

Guys, installed the amby headlamp... The alternator does support the 60/55W bulb. But, there seems to be losses from the glass covering the reflector. So, the resultant beam is only slightly more powerful compared to my clear lens P150 original reflector. Any suggestion guys? Also the bulb used was a LISPART bulb (cost around Rs. 70). Will using a Philips bulb help? (My earlier clear lens reflector had a Philips bulb).
Also, the full brighness of the bulb shows from around 2.5K rpm and above and the beam colour is whitish-yellow. Below that, the bulb is slightly yellow in colour and takes time to switch ON. So, do I need to upgrade to avenger alternator?Your biking tells a lot about the person you are!

Yeah LEDs blinkers are possible too... Not much different from the tail light. It is just a matter of packaging the LEDs inside the blinkers.Originally posted by Thunder View PostHei with this same pattern --- is it possible to do LED Blinkers --- i belive we can do it - as ive seen a lot of ZMA's has these mods done...
Can anyone put light on it.......Your biking tells a lot about the person you are!

One quetion may sound childish - but still im 0 in Electronics...
In the above circuit dig u have connected the -ve end of One LED to the +ve end of another LED is this is the correct thing that can be done.....
So doesn it mean that we can connect the LED's in a serial Fashion - connecting with a single wire......with the resistor....
