DUDE.. great work.. u know what.. ur bike looks more like a ZMA than a CBZ.. if u asked an amatuer he wud think it was a ZMA only.. mainly cos of the tail and side panel sections..

Great job. Fantastic. A nice modification after a lonnnnnng time on xbhp. Looks more front biased. Do change the fr br cable though. Looks like an outcrop. Tell me if the zma panels fit spot on.U hav used the zma pot but the head paraphernalia looks from the CBZ?

the side panel was not cut...actually the portion of the side panel touching the tank was longer.so i increased the length of the portion of the tank touching the side panel...the work done is great. you can't make it out till you see the inside of the tank.

the tank is my original cbz tank.i cut it from the centre.though i retained the portion where the fuel inlet is present.its not possible to replicate that part.rest its a job that took me over a month.that is the reason for the amazing surfacing.i haven't used any putty on most of the tank.just the handle bar scoops had to be finished using it.coz the grinder couldn't be used there.
          cheers

no the zma panel doesn't fit the cbz's.infact the rear handgrip also doesn't fit.all the fittings had to be made.welding and making holes.keeping in mind not to intefere with the main chasis.

thats rite.the cylinder, piston, crankshaft is of the zma's and the head is of the cbz.what's not visible is the eliminator carb.the whole setup makes a compression ratio of around 12.5....that makes immense power...

i didn't want to interfere with the frnt brk cable as its an original fitting.

            cheers

Good work done man first time i like any moded bike i like specially the Headlight it looks like real CB series bike, the original ZMA alloys and fearings and dick break too.Only a tank is bit in round shape but overall good mods.Even m also having the 1999 make eaxust in my 2001 make CBZ and i paid 6000 buks for it.

@Navpreet one question how u got to know the compression ratio as m also interested in all these technical details, what about the top torque,BHP and RPM.As i also wanted to test all my bikes for their actual perfomance if i get proper channel for it.
