Yeah man.. guess ur bike is givin you a lot of troubles. ZMR, being the eye-catcher that its is requires some added protection and care... Maybe you should add a nimbu+mirchi hanging thingy to your regular riding gear (n dont forget to change it at regular intervals!!

)

On a serious note, can empathize with you a bit abt facing troubles with the first bike but still being head over heels with it!! Facing some similar issues myself!

manan ur problem seems to be endless from the day one of booking the bike to repairing the bike after crash.....................

really bhai tujhe kisi ki nazar lag gayi hai./.../.....

perform some pooja etc........

Just now i got one funny idea

When i visited the showrom for service there the showrrom guy used a scale to findout the fuel level.
I think i would also carry a scale henceforth and check the fuel

Atleast that would be more accurate...

ANd yes me too getting 70 - 80 per segment of FE

Dear frnds.....I think our friend manan does require our help a bit mentally...ya its totally a bad luck to get his first bike in such a condition with heating issues cropping out...it might be bcoz as the so called service guys r not adequate for such bikes.....what i personally feel is that he should check out whether there is no problem in fi unit ...as i dont think that heating issue will pop-out by mere changing of fairing...it must have some internal issues..why didnt it got heated up prior to the accident...just asking manan to check for other issues .... take care bro everything has a solution

i am not satisfied with this service of hero honda

i will go last time tomorrow ...if they dont satisfy me...will take some LEGAL action

completed close to 4k kms ... facing starting / ignition problem ... bike doesnt start for 1min after turning on the ignition ( starting from a break of an hour and in the mornings ) and getting wierd sounds from the silencer ...

could the ignition problem be a battery issue ? horn and lights work fine

does the starter turns over normally ??? if it doesnt then it cud be faulty battery............

if the starter is turning normally then there cud be problem wid fuel supply system.....

this could be a battery issue.... i am not facing any such issues close to 3k kms...

wierd sounds from silencer.. did u rip hard? zma silencers were also prone to making noise wen ripped hard..its the muffler which makes these noises...did u go on a long trip?

manan: there is no vibration in ur bike... give it some time..u have met with an accident on the bike.. the bike cannot be the same again after an accident..... for bubbles i suggest u go and tell HH ..else its not a major issue.....

regarding heating....u will now expernce more with hotter climate too...i suggest u show bike to kevin and if he says its ok then just relax..he is best mech of HH.. we have been seeing him since ZMA days 5 years back...

yesterday drove ZMR on wet roads after heavy showers in Pune [generally roads are slippery after first showers]. Was very cautious, but Road grip and handling was very comfortable. Was in control 100% even at speeds of 55-60 (Still under restrictions & maintaining it). Will go for a

long drive probably tomorrow or on Tuesday. For me long is around 150 kms

.

And test its performance.

went to svc today .. sorted out the problems .. ignition problem was due to some loose contact ..

Not the one in Pune that is for sure, but might be first ZMR owner of Pune Xbhp members group. Have still not come across anyone from Pune XBHP group. It was delivered on 11th Feb and have completed 500kms only.
