All these heating and FI Issues are crap..!!
Guys i just completed my long term and short term Mileage Tests..!!

During the Running in period, I did the first 1000 kms at 60kph and the next 1000 kms at 70-80 kph..!! And the i fuelled the bike for 2050 Rs. and Ran 2168 kms Exact..!! Which equates to 50.7 kmpl..!!

Then yesterday i did the 1 litre mileage test..!! Emptied the fuel tank, filled in 1 ltre fuel.. then ran... Mixed city and highway ride.. Speed varied from 70 - 85 kph... and i revved a bit hard in between.. and the mileage i got was an impressive 46.2 kmpl..!

Now the vehicle will be due for second service this week.!!
Highly Impressed with the Bike So Far..!!

When i purchase bike...i knew that its HH...Honda Fi...Reliable engine...quality superb...but what really surprise me is the average...i was expecting some where around 40 ...and i am getting 46...which really a very good mileage from an 225 cc bike...and i think its due to Fi...

Hi friends Iam new here.I want to say finally iam going to get my zmr on 12 of march......i had booked for this bike on oct 2009 for black color...but the dealer called me yesterday and said me that the company had send only 1 zmr in red color...if u want u may come on 12th and take the delivery for red...i felt so bad bcoz i had waitd for 5 months for black zmr....
i really want some help regarding how can i change the entire fairing to black..where can i get the body panels ...how long i have to wait...i am going to take the red one as i dont have any more patience to wait after 5 monts ...plz help guys....
Really i waited so long ...i always desired for a black color...plz enlighten me further

Getting panels for your desired colour might also be a waiting stuff though not as much long you have waited for the entire bike. But still I feel, check up with the dealer. In metro it might be available in 3-4 weeks. and woould cost you 10-20K for the entire pack. Manan might put some light into it.

I am new new here...i had waited 5 months for my black zmr but few days back the dealer called me and said on 12th of this month they r going to deliver me a zmr in red color...really dude i was so upset with the color that i got disappointed ...now i cant wait any further and is going to take the delivery..but iam sure to change the full fairing..The dealer also said that if u r not gonna take this he cant say about the next lot as things are really tight..

Any idea what the full fairing will cost for a white or black one... i live in Orissa and mine is the first delivery of zmr in Orissa....plz tell me where i can get the panels without waiting too long..iam sure u can throw some light in this matter..

Hey all
i just got my zmr today

but their is lots of vibration

i also showed my zmr to kevin at mahim-fort point
he worked on it ....but still the vibrtation is their but yes due to kevin vibration is little less
they called me again tomorrow & told me they will again open & fix mounting ...foundation n all

dude ....i saw five zmr today at workshop 4 black & 1 red
according to me u should go for red one
red looks nice...if u want i will take pics of it tomorrow of both bikes ...red & black...then u can decide

.will be goin tomorow to pay up the balance.

.after 4 and a half months finally..how many days does it take for registration

.so did the hero Honda guys do up a complementary polishing or anything???.

Something is really fishy, as HH, with such a huge(possibly the biggest in India) production of motorcycles, is just munching MONTHS.. for delivering this particular model.

Actually its not a new ZMR instead its a new 250CC bike from HH challenging Ninja as stated in Business Standard... And this one will be atleast 50% costlier than ZMR

So there is no need for you guys to worry...

i think this info may be correct but they will take 1 or 1.5 years to launch and plus u have to wait for 3 to 6 months like zmr

@Manan : If you have side Pic please post... If not when you take your bike tomo to fix your foundation mounting and all please do take few pics with engine cowl removed buddy...

I guess by the time ZMR comes to Tier 2 cities like Bellary(waiting for my turn to book)... A new 250CC bike too would have been launched

Personally I don't like the fairing(just by a little) as it makes front look too huge... I want to remove the fairing So before booking, wanted to see how good it will look with engine cowl removed(later after owing one and regreating then there wont be any use
