If that is done already, then it could be due to worn out brake pads. Change them.
They are new brake pads and I asked the SVC guys to clean it but still there is the noise.

Change oil every 2000 KM. Its better to use cheaper oil with shorter drain than costlier oil with longer drain period.

I suggest you buy Hero oil made by tidewater India co. or Buy Veedol Take off 4T 10W30. Both come in 900ml bottles, you will need 2 of them.

Hello guys, after 7 yrs and 65k kms of ownership, I have to rebore my engine. It's a little long story of how my engine was damaged. Last one month was like hell. I got mileage of 32-33. Earlier I used to get mileage of 48-50 in heavy bumper to bumper traffic. Had to replace carburetor diaphragm. Apart from reboring, valve grinding work will also be done. Accelerator, clutch and choke cables will be changed along with spark plug. I hope this works out fine, else I will have to buy new bike.
PS. Mine is 2009 manufactured CBZ xtreme.

Try opening and cleaning the brake drum.

One more thing. Do i have to change the master cylinder for better braking or the current will do?
Pulsar 220 lines are shorter in length. U can't properly route it like the one as oe. Get the RS 200 lines they are longer than 220's. If u need furious bite then get the rtr master cylinder or the nissin master cylinder on cbr 150. Currently I am using rtr master cylinder and that works great.

All those who are speaking of noise in idle then i think they have not heard engines of modded cars and bikes. That is not noise but valve clatter. It happens because the valves lift a lot and then bang back when the cam leaves the rocker lift. Since the high lift camshaft has stiffer springs for valves to return quicker at high speed so at idle the sound is heard as valve clatter. It is no way harmful or un pleasant.

In fact the sports model has little un even idle. But as revs climb the clatter reduces.

Its not a defect but effect of tuned engine. Only way that sound can be suppressed is by water cooling which the water jacket will absorb the clatter.

Mate, currently Xtreme/Hunk/Sports all 3 use the same 15.6 BHP 10:1 engine. Noise is present in all these.

I found a video to anyone wondering what is the 'noise'

This noise will be present in ALL brand new Xtreme/hunk/Sports bikes
