        • Just got the bike after first service. Dropped @ SVC this morning, collected in the evening, rode home (20 kms) in full rain..

Bike feels a bit different. Engine oil was changed (but couldn't feel), gears were reportedly worked upon (could surely feel, got a 'click' feel now), brakes were adjusted (could definitely feel), carb was tuned up (seems correct now).

Bike went into reserve in the morning, giving a mileage < 40..
Had a fight with SVC Supervisor. Hope he has done something.

          Overall, feels good.

              • Went to book the older CBZ Xtreme today but ALAS, it is out of stock. The New one looked Xtremely Ugly to me, They said that they will give test drive of it only after Monday but frankly speaking I have lost interest in it.. Took test ride of FZ 16 after that, didn't give me the same excitement as old Xtreme gave me when I test drove it few weeks back. Will be test riding Dazzler in few days to finally decide upon which one to go for.

The new xTreme has all the very same mechanicals as the old one. Change is only skin deep. So theoretically, there should be no difference in excitement factor. Problem is, you don't like its looks and that makes you prejudicial.

Anyway, take a test ride. Or, as said above you can go for Hunk.

Regarding Dazzler, the feel is totally different. Only good thing about it is the taller gearing.

thr r many factors ....but the most obvious is.....the cosmetic changes have added a considerable amount to the kerb weight to bear on the same engine.....hence...the performance WILL be effected.....personally i too didnt lyked the cosmetic mock up of the new cbz 2011....instead go fr HUNK....or try for old cbz...

                        • cbz -x 2009 model front face fairing changed

guys recently my bike's front fairing got completely damaged due to a stand still fall on road with considerable amount of gravels....(courtesy- my padosan aunty who ws trying to make her lil son happy by letting him sit on my bike)...
so i had to change the whole front face fairing along with visor (due to ugly scratches) ...it set me back by INR 1300/- in total
at the svcing front...for the second time i have poured shell ax3 mineral ....and its as amazing as it could be....cbz guys ...do try out 20W40 sometime...u wont regret
